  •  “We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)”. The logo of the accepted cards are to be mentioned on their Home page and on their Payment check out page.

  1. Delivery & Shipping Policy: Inclusion is mandatory and should have the below mentioned point (Applicable as per the website Products/Services).

[Once the order is placed the process they will be following to deliver/ship the items/goods, conditions and the time duration for the products to reach the customers].

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund will only be provided for manufactory defective products if repair and replacement options are not available.

Seven days exchange policy from the date of invoice on items that not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

Jewellery once bought cannot be exchanged or returned.

All items must be returned in their original box with the original receipt/invoice copy, warranty, manual and authenticity certificate included in original purchase.

Product repair or exchange is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow care instructions: such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective items may be exchanged subject to applicable warranty on the product. (terms and conditions apply)

Exchanges can be made no more than once per item of an original invoice and may only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value.

If the value of exchanged items is less than the original invoice amount, we will issue a credit note for the difference in the name of the original purchaser. This credit note will be valid for a maximum period of  3 months from the date of issue. No refund of credit note will be permitted.

All above clause are subject to final inspection at our sales service center before an exchange or refund is authorized under any type of defect. Please quote your job card number for any future reference.
